Private parking area

The hotel has its own illuminated, video-supervised and insured car park which is located next to the building. You can use the car park by paying a charge of Euro 12,00 per day.

It is mandatory to book it in advance, as the number of parking spaces is lower than the number of rooms in the structure “.

Poolside aperitif and music in front of the sea

In summer we organise poolside aperitifs with music so our guests can enjoy the unique and romantic atmosphere created by the warm light of sunset on the sea!

Transfer

We offer our guests a free transfer service from and to Rimini airport, Rimini and Viserba railway stations, Rimini Fiere exhibition centre and Rimini convention centre.

Pet-Friendly

Our hotel is pet-friendly, so we care about Your best friend! All pets are welcomed with a tasty snack. Water and food bowls and a comfy pet bed are included in the room. Our hotel has special agreements with an excellent veterinary hospital offering a 24/7 service, a holiday home for dogs located a few kilometres from the hotel, a renown dog grooming salon and a well-stocked pet-shop. It is allowed the access of your pet – friend in your room and in the common areas, with the exception of the swimming pool area and the breakfast area.

We have an agreement also with the bathing establishment Stefano 50-51, which has a part of the beach with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and other services reserved exclusively for our four-legged guests and their beloved owners.

Green Hotel

You & Me is Green: it offers a concentration of clean and environment-friendly technologies. We care for the future of our planet, therefore in our hotel we use technology which can help save the environment. Our hotel is a low impact building with high-performance external wall insulation, thermal triple-glazed aluminium doors and windows “Energy”, that minimise heat dispersion.

Our hotel is equipped with a photovoltaic installation, used to produce electricity directly from solar energy, and a solar thermal system, used to produce hot water for showers and bathrooms. A powerful Daikin (the world’s leader in air conditioning) inverter heat pump system ensures comfortable warmth in winter and gentle cooling in summer.

The hotel internal and external spaces are lit only with LED lights and spotlights, so that we do our part to reduce the pollution of our planet!

Hotel equipment

Our hotel is equipped with the latest technology, including a powerful Wi-Fi system (free of charge) with high traffic volume and extensive signal coverage in all rooms and common areas, both indoors and outdoors, from the entrance to the car parking area and the swimming pool. We are the only ones who provide guests with Wi-Fi directly on the beach!

In their room our guests find a Internet cable outlet for high-speed connection, with speeds up to 200 Mbps (Vodafone IperFibra), to be always connected with the world. Such a connection also meets the needs of the most demanding business clientele.

We place a high priority on our guests’ rest and relaxation during their stay at our hotel, therefore we have soundproof floors, walls, ceilings, doors and windows and we have equipped each room with high quality mattresses “Dorelan”.
